Looking for some help...

My lovely hubby,

mosestaff, is going to take this week long comic class at the Minneapolis College of Art + Design the second week in August.

He will be needing a inexpensive but nice place to stay while taking the class. Myr and I won't be going with him, so it don't have to have a pool or the like, but some place that offers breakfast and a safe neighborhood will be appreciated.

Anyone have any ideas? Any hints?
