It may be world changing, it could be. It all depends on how much the replacements are ideologues and how much they really want to make the country better rather than just prove that their ideology is right.

Actually, there's a great opportunity for the new government to make it's changes, really. They can do something, then in a week or two "Fidel" can issue a statement that endorses or tweaks it and *presto* they have a viable change!

With luck, we'll look back and say it was "world changing". *grin*
