Overheard at work
as boy and mother walk by my office door:
Boy: That's weird, they don't let you take the elevator down into the basement.
Mother: Probably because they keep all the dead bodies down there.
(I work in the County Service Building and, no, we don't have a morgue here, despite how handy that would be!)

2) It's Friday before spring break up here, not much going on in the extention (although there are a lot of people walking by).
3) I am doing all the little boring paperwork that I could put off when I had to do things with actual deadlines!
However, after I posted that Myria and Sarah showed up, I got three calls (more than doubling what I got all day so far) and two people came in looking for soil test information and weed control literature!
I will never again post that I am bored.
