Looking for some help...

My lovely hubby, [livejournal.com profile] mosestaff, is going to take this week long comic class at the Minneapolis College of Art + Design the second week in August.

He will be needing a inexpensive but nice place to stay while taking the class. Myr and I won't be going with him, so it don't have to have a pool or the like, but some place that offers breakfast and a safe neighborhood will be appreciated.

Anyone have any ideas? Any hints?

Thanks!

Thoughts on the Day (7/16):

Today is:

Rembrandt's Birthday, 1606
Fresh Spinach Day
National Hot Dog Day
Parking Meters Birthday 1935
International Juggling Day

The Art Institute of Chicago has some of Rembrandt's work, I saw it when we visited several years ago. You can also look up Rembrandt's work on the WebMuseum.

Actually, the WebMuseum is a great place for finding all sorts of links to great artists and artwork. It's a terrific resource.

And as a bit of trivia, my home town had penny parking meters until a couple of years ago. Then the town ditched the parking meter idea totally and sold all the old meters off... It even made Ripley's Believe It or Not, although I don't have a link to it. I think they went for $50 - $100 bucks each.

Movie Quiz --

I wish I could have given some other opinion than "Hated it", but what this quiz proves is that I watch a lot of movies. I may have seen more of the foreign films, but I only know them by their English titles, so.... I just left them blank.
