FYI
Doing 30 chickens in one day is a tad excessive. Not to mention tiring. And I'm sore. And my hand has little cuts in it from where I wasn't really careful with the very sharp knife. And my fingernails? SO not happy.
On the up side, we will once again have a wonderful, grilled chicken to eat tomorrow that will taste far better than anything you could purchase.
