I actually really like this angle, too. Obviously some of our favorite characters are going to die, but I think I'm more okay with them dying this way than in random terror attack for no reason.
I'd be in favor of Kim and Chase returning this way, too. I think a season of running from the government and getting it back to a more personal place than "OMG BAD GUYZZZZ!"
