I completely agree with you on how they were using Jack to threaten people and treating him like he is a little insane. It definitely made me smile more than once. I feel it lends credence to a long standing theory of mine that if Jack Bauer and James Bond were to ever combine forces it would be a power unlike anything the world has ever known. ;-)
