There is some truth in that, I suppose. Actually, in BreckenHaven I have Lodi being a Rock Elf and legend has it that the reason they are the way they are is because they, ah, mixed with trolls at some point in the past.

On this page, they were advertising the new version of "Macho Women With Guns". I played the old version. It's a lot more fun and harmless than the name suggests. Still, you can tell it was created by stereotypical RPG geeks. My favorite part of the game was the fact that if you character has too big of a bust you have to roll for balance because you will be "top heavy". Heh.

This test was weird. The descriptions/attributes given to the gods were not exactly the ones I would have given them. I'm thinkin' that they are from some story/movie/comic/show but one can't be sure. Could be that I've got the attributes of the Greek Gods wrong, but I don't think so.



Tests are one of those things that I tend to post just because I took them. They don't really say anything about me except that I spend my time taking tests that don't really say anything about me. Actually, the part I like best about these tests are trying to figure out what kind of people wrote the tests. When you look at the type of questions that they ask, the choices in answers that they offer and then the final results and subsequent descriptions, you can get a rather good picture of what the person believes. The truly hysterical tests are the political tests where the creators wear their beliefs emblazoned on 30-foot-high flashing neon signs that scream: Look at how stupid all those are who don't agree with me. What's more is that so many of them try to make a point of how open mined and tolerant they are by choosing to paint their political opposites as the worst kind of stereotypes, blindly committing the very prejudice they so deride in others.

Of course, that lack of tolerance and self-absorbed tunnel vision is very common on the web. It's just that tests make it somewhat entertaining.

Darker Angel, Demon/Harpy, Freeform Writer, Hecate and I avoided the chick tests for obvious reasons, even though the last quiz I took in your honor told me I was more a woman than a man.

I tend to not wonder who it is that writes these quizzes only because I'm pompous enough to think I know already. It's people with far too much time on their hands who instead of doing something constructive with it, create quizzes that others with too much time on their hands then take. Jusy a guess of course:p

I try hard not to think about that, because I have to come to the same conclusion about people who take the tests.
