I'm watching the Super Bowl and, with all due apologies to those who really care about who wins, I don't have a favorite team. So, I root for the defense.
I love defensive football. Hard hitting, gaining only a yard or two at a time, unexpected turn-overs... that's what I like about football.

Date: 2006-02-06 02:17 am (UTC)From:On the radio, I heard something about the Steelers having been to the Super Bowl something like 6 times and the Seahawks never having been there before, so right now I'm rooting for the Seahawks, even though I'm not watching the game. If this is incorrect, of course, I will probably change my mind on who I WAS rooting for, especially since I'm not sure what I'm doing can be termed 'rooting' since it involves a lot of ignoring the game.
