Bad Mom!

I really blew it today. I knew the community play try-outs were on the 19th and the play would be during the week of the 19th.

How then, did I forget that today is the week of the 19th?

Gads. Myr is going to be so mad at me.

And I deserve it.

I'm am such an idiot!

ETA: Not a comple idiot. I managed to get ahold of Myr and my folks. They were planning on going camping this week (starting tomorrow) but will move it to next week so Myr can do the play. This is big because changing plans is second only to the world coming to an end as far as my Dad is concerned. But he will do things for his granddaughter that he will do for no other. *grin*

So, dispite me being a complete space-case (and a BAD!Mom) life is good.

What I hate most about it is she is to stoic about it. I keep thinking it wouldn't be so bad if she just got mad at me.

She managed to get to the auditions just 30 minutes late and they accepted her right away. She got a the (major) role of "Bertha the Alligator" and needs to be at all the rehearsals all week long.

I lucked out this time.
