Watching an old CSI: Miami. Very early in the episode which deals with the death at a racing track, we meet the Crew chief and I know that he will be the murderer. Why? Because he was played by Wings Hauser.
He's always the bad guy.
Another bonus: It had James Morrison in it. As a slightly shady but still good guy.
