[livejournal.com profile] finabair: You made Myr cry. I hope you're happy.

...

She vowed she wasn't going to read the second book right away, only she wanted to start it and "There was no good place to stop!" and now... now she is sad. And she's almost finished with the book.

I think it is safe to say that we will need to get the third one very soon. And that she is very in love with the series. I think she said -- "It's Perfect". Heh.

Hey, at least it's being WRITTEN. And it sounds like it's fairly well along. Could be worse.

Waiting is still HARD.

The good news (for her) is that we still don't have book three.

So, we have one more before we have to wait for the one currently being written...

What series is this?

It's the series by Kristen Britain. The books are "Green Rider", "First Rider's Call" and "The High King's Tomb" (which just came out).

It's a good series. And the books are nice and long. *grin* Myr has decided that we have to get the thrid one soon, even if it means buying it in hard cover.

I read the first one and was unimpressed by it. Is the second one better?

I would say the second one is about the same. Not sure if you would like next ones if you didn't like the first.
