To make things easier, I've decided to base my vote for president on which ever party airs the least amount of negative/attack ads between now and the election.

I think it's a damn fine plan.

Of course, since I've taken to time-shifting my television viewing and skipping all the commercials with the express desire of not subjecting myself to the stupid ads.

Since most of the negative/attack ads are full of lies and stretching the truth, I fully understand this.

To be honest, being where you live you are probably being targeted differently and might end up with a bias based on that fact.

This doesn't make me feel any better. Anyone who thinks that, based solely on my zip code, I can be bullied, threatened or scared into voting a certain way doesn't deserve my vote. And quite honestly, if the candidate is so out of touch with what life is really like where I live, why should I believe that they will have any understanding of what we need or want once they are president?
